The Magic of Lanterns

The past Creative Saturday in Acton turned into real magic!

At our workshop, participants created panoramic lanterns and decorative plates using the decoupage technique - and what a talented group of guests we had!

Each lantern told its own little story, and every pattern reflected the personality of its creator. Some chose gentle floral designs, others - mysterious city streets, and a few added a touch of humor. The Eiffel Tower, vintage cars, birds of extraordinary beauty, and even a hungry beaver — everything came to life in your hands that evening! The lanterns glowed with warm light, and the plates shone with bright colors.

And honestly, the room was glowing not only with the light of lamps and lanterns - but with smiles. It was especially heartwarming to see generations come together at the same table: parents, children, grandparents, friends, and new acquaintances - all cutting, gluing, laughing, and sharing ideas. The atmosphere was exactly what we need before winter: cozy and full of warmth.
